I Highly Recommend "Anyone and Everyone"

I recently attended a Portland PFLAG meeting, where I had read they would be showing a documentary called "Anyone and Everyone." This documentary, I read, covered the coming-out process from a variety of religious and cultural perspectives: Catholic, Mormon, Cherokee Indian, etc.

This was a wonderful way to spend 57 minutes of my time. [Thanks to the friends who joined me there!] The documentary was powerful in its impact and thought-provoking. I was especially touched by the LDS family portrayed in the movie, Robert, Kerry and Lanette Graves. The Graves are featured most prominently in the movie and have a neat story to tell. I got to meet Lanette Graves at the Washington D.C. Affirmation National Conference in 2007. She is an amazing speaker, who speaks directly from the heart. The love she feels for her son and the way she expresses it is beyond admirable.

You can watch a trailer for "Anyone and Everyone" right here.
